I'm on day 9 of lighterlife and haven't deliberately cheated, yet. Yesterday, I had a working lunch and just couldn't explain that I wasn't eating, so I had a tiny bit of salad and some lean chicken. Skipped two packets in the evening, but I think it's affecting me today 'cos I'm feeling a bit down.

Does anyone get mood swings on this diet? I've been very snappy today.

Forgot to mention that my weight loss after a week was 4 kg (9lbs). Not bad!
